I have used various vac. in my lifetime. My grandmother felt Electrolux was the best cleaner, and after testing out all the rest, I believed that as well. After cleaning my carpet with my expensive cleaner, my neighbor brought down a ClearTrak that he was going to sell and he wanted my opinion, sells tips etc. I used it on my freshly cleaned carpet....amazing what I pulled up out of my carpet. Slowly I cleaned every room; emptying the clear bin again....I was shocked! Not only did the rugs look better but the house smelled better. What shocked me was the fact that I cleaned every day. Everyday! Where did all that from, and the mites, bugs & grimes.. That sold me. My daughter has one of Dyson's vac with the big ball and even at the age this weary ClearTrak it still out cleans. I realize Dyson may have designed it, but Amway mastered it. People used to borrow the ClearTrak from me because it really cleaned!

I am so glad you are there for parts and service for my ClearTrak. I've had it for about 20 years or so and it continues to work like it did when it was new. I get filters, belts and other parts as needed from you.

I recently made a purchase off of your website. I had NO idea you guys were even around! I have been trying to find parts for my ClearTrak for a long time now and am so glad you guys are there for me. I cannot believe I just got a four-pack of filters, a foam filter, a filter housing, and a three-pack of belts for UNDER $25. Wow!

It is hard to believe I did not know about you guys while you were practically in my backyard!

I have had my ClearTrak vacuum since 1983 and have had NO problems with it. It is part of our family and I consider it a valuable antique.

My husband wants to get me a new vacuum but if I can get this baby refurbished I'd be happy.

I just had to send you a reply to let you know how extremely satisfied I am with your company. I placed my order Monday night, you shipped it Tuesday, I received it today (Wednesday), and I already have my ClearTrak back up, and running. More importantly, you anticipated that, with my replacement motor kit, I would need wheel washers, because the previous ones were destroyed in disassembly. I had assumed I would have to go to a hardware store to get them. I was thrilled to find that your insight prevented me from having to make another trip. Even more importantly, you sent me 2 sets of washers, assuming I would mess up once and have to start over (which, of course, I did). The pennies that cost you were obviously insignificant compared to the value I received from your thoughtfulness. I truly appreciate it, and please know that I am not one who typically sends this type of e-mail.

Also know that I am a Manufacturing Consultant, and I work with companies on quality improvements and customer service improvements. Rest assured that I will be using this experience as an example with my clients, so that they might achieve the same level of customer delight you did.

Please share this feedback with all of your associates, because I know that service like this reflects not just one or two people who did the right thing, but rather an entire organization with a culture of making customers happy.

I just received my refurbished ClearTrak today- what a surprise- you guys are fast! I tried it out on a small section of my carpet and I was amazed at what it picked up! I purchased my ClearTrak about 15 years ago, but had not used it for the last 4 years as it was with another family member. It was in pretty rough shape when I got it back from them and I was so happy to find you guys online! It is the best vacuum that I have ever had and I missed it so much. It was returned to me as almost a new machine and I am very happy that I have it back all cleaned up with a new motor and all that power of clean again! Thanks so much!
